THE ART OF EMPTY
23.02.2012 , ANTEBELLUM GALLERY [ add to my stream ]
Emptiness is life and death. Living with and striving for  more emptiness is scary,
but also incredibly rewarding. The hard part is in doing it.

I believe that as we increase the emptiness in our lives,
life actually gets better. Emptiness leads to increased awareness,
 creativity, communication, health, and effectiveness.

10 Ways to Blissful Emptiness:

1. Wake up and admit it. Emptiness is scary and challenging.
But also totally worth it.
2. Get rid of clutter, static, noise. Take everything off the desk.
Stacks of mail, magazines, books and bills just all get dropped
in a box and dealt with later. (Sometimes procrastination is good.)
Turn off any music (and of course TV). Be alone and quiet for a bit.
3. Wake up early. The previous day’s worries aren’t so present
after a long,
good sleep. Emptiness is easier with a refreshed mind
and an empty desk
and quite surroundings. Arising early, before the day’s
 pandemonium begins,
 cultivates emptiness.
4. Turn off distraction. Phone gets powered down.
Email and web browsers closed.
Social media and alerts shut down.
Make it a ritual to shut these things down,

knowing that the coming empty, disconnected state is
going to be scary but awsome.

5. Get a sheet of blank paper and keep it next to you for
 random ideas and inspirations.

The head stays empty when you can jot down things that arise.
6. Use the breath as the base. Good breathing =
 good thinking.

Follow a few deep breaths to start things off,
and as you get off on
 tangents or distractions,
just come back to paying attention to the exhalation.

7. Notice time. With every breath, and every
meandering thought,
realize just how much time there is. There is plenty of it.
Expand into it.

8. Take breaks and reward yourself. Allow the flow to occur,
but also recognize that it’s good to stand up and stretch,
 get some tea,
go for a quick walk,

eat something. This isn’t a marathon or boot camp,
 so use balance.
9. Use gratitude. When you feel stuck, focus on one

great thing in life.
You’ll find that more good things come to  fill your reality.
10. Remind yourself again, emptiness is scary,
 but it’s also really good.

Gay Comic – The Stranger’s Pistol

gay comics stranger with a pistol

I remember growing up and watching re-runs of old American Westerns … shows that were sanctioned by my ultra religious parents … and I grew to love the all macho version of the American cowboy.   Little did I know that this fascination with macho cowboy men was the first indications of my true self, the first signs that I was attracted to manly men.   It wasn’t until I reached my twenties and was able to look back on those early childhood days that I was able to credit that period, and the love of watching old American Westerns as my first identification with being gay.

One thing I never saw in these old westerns was anything close to someone who appeared to be gay…or even remotely attracted to other men… usually the more purient interests were portrayed by men seeking the pleasure of women in seedy flop house hotels usually upstairs above the local tavern.    As I have become more informed of the real world and able to research history, I have found that gay men were around almost as far back as the history of man is recorded.    They had to be around in the period of the wild American west too, right?

So, being the ‘creative force’ (hahahaha) behind the SpunkToons.com website, I have taken liberties on more than one occasion with rewriting history.   In this case, I asked our gay comic artist to create some new scenes from the old wild American west and this time to include some gay action in it!

This gay comic called “The Stranger’s Pistol” is one of the episodes we had commissioned in our history rewrite of this famous American period.   You can see all of this comic in our SpunkToons members area.   Check out other gay comics in our SpunkToons members area  Join SpunkToons now.

A Daryl Dixon Porn Star Lookalike?
22.02.2012 , Dinosaur Prince's Kingdom [ add to my stream ] Back in December I discovered something while watching Kristen Bjorn's COSTA BRAVA The Wild Coast. A man who looks very much like the actor Norman Reedus who plays Daryl Dixon on The Walking Dead! The actor named Nathan Lewis caught my eye almost right away. Maybe I noticed this because I was boy crushing over Daryl so much at this time. (His character was really becoming noble and heroic.) I also got to the see the actor on the Talking Dead, where he wasn't made to look so greasy and is actually very handsome. It's not an exact match, or anything. The resemblance is very slight. A couple artists and myself had fun discussing this over e-mails. I figure this post is long overdue. :P

What do you guys think? Does Nathan Lewis professional fitness model and porn star look a little like Daryl Dixon?

Nathn Lewis is listed as Cut. I always find guys from the UK that are cut so exotic and hot! XD As you can see though he still has his frenulum and what's left of his foreskin slides back and bunches up when he's erect. Meaty! XD

Like Daryl, not all of Nathans images are very flattering.
Nathan gives off a stellar performance in Cost Brava. While he only cums twice (the least amount of the 4 men) he is very vocal during his performance, urging the men on and expressing his pleasure. He winds up doing double penetration in the final segment of his section.

The Nintendo Segregation Begins: Classic 3D Kid Icarus Withheld From Canadian Customers
22.02.2012 , Dinosaur Prince's Kingdom [ add to my stream ]
My main gripe used to be, where's my Hunky Icarus....but now Nintendo has gone and done something to top that complaint. :(

About 2 years ago I announced my excitement about the new Kid Icarus Uprising game coming to 3DS. Well, let's just say after having to wait an extra year my jets have more then cooled off. The constant delays have made me care less and less about it. Hearing it was a mostly touch screen controlled game also turned me right off. But as the release date draws closer, I can't help, but feel a little excited. After all, there's nothing else for the system. My 3DS has been collecting dust since Christmas. I would appreciate it if Nintendo released a few classic games for the Virtual console, to fill the void between releases, but that section is a desert. These days I feel like I see more releases for PS2 these then the 3DS online shop. I heard that the NES version of Kid Icarus was released in Japan in full 3D. That's pretty cool. I kept wondering why Nintendo didn't bring it out here. Then I found out this morning it's a pre-order bonus for North America. North America, that doesn't include Canada. (That makes sense right?) I never liked the region lock out bullshit that the 3DS has, but this is the first time ever that a game made by Nintendo has been release only in the US. This is not a good thing. It's only going to lead to worse and worse situations in the future. First there was the save issue with the Resident Evil Mercenaries game, now this. I worry about the future of gaming. Right now I feel like Canada just became a part of the 80s European gaming scene. What future limitations will we face? Nintendo is a strange company that just seems to get worse with time.
In Canada we will be getting some card game as a bonus. Yippee. Sorry Pit, I don't want your stupid card game.

Of course I can always drive to the States to pre-order the game. I just have a hunch that since my 3DS has it's location set in Canada, I won't be able to use the code. I am sure the Nazis at Nintendo will see to that. My heart is broken. U__U I love Kid Icarus so much, but they want to keep it from me.

I am fucking sick of downloads, preorder codes and all the fucking bullshit! Enough with the elitist gaming crap! The economy is such crap right now. There is so much unemployment. I really wish they would end this 'you have to order it now' bull and let things sit on the market for people to purchase them when they can. God, my parents would never buy me a game until it was my birthday, or Christmas! XD I would miss out on everything if I grew up in this generation. All this crap just makes me even happier I grew up when I did. I feel for the younger generation, I really do.
